摘要
为解决山西某矿煤体强度低,湿润性较差,注水降尘效果不好的问题,采用实验手段对煤体含水量与注水方式的关系进行分析,确定采取深孔高压注水的技术方案,并对深孔高压注水技术方案进行设计,通过注水后观测效果可知:工作面回采过程中的粉尘含量相比注水前下降60%左右,降尘效果较好。
Based on low coal strength, poor wettability and bad effect of water injection on dust suppression, the relation between coal moisture content and water injection mode was analyzed through experimental methods, which determined using and designing technical proposal of deep hole high pressure water injection.The results showed that dust loading in stoping process of working face was reduced by 60 % after water injection and the effect of dust reduction was good.
