J型通风理念治理综放工作面高瓦斯涌出的研究

摘要 以潞安王庄煤矿5201综放工作面为背景,提出了J型通风系统治理瓦斯方法,这一系统主要是在工作面向前推进时利用采空区中的回风巷作为瓦斯的排放通道,在开采过后对锚网喷支护巷道的隅角进行简易的小断面支护,同时保证通风断面的可靠性及安全性,形成"一进二排"的瓦斯安全系统。从该系统在综放面的应用情况来看,它从根本上调整采空区瓦斯源所涌出的瓦斯的流动方向,避免瓦斯进入工作面,保证整个瓦斯源析出的全部瓦斯都能够彻底地排走,避免了瓦斯在工作面或上隅角集聚的可能性,有效地保障煤矿的安全、高效地生产。 Based on 5201 fully mechanized caving face in Luan Wangzhuang Mine, J type ventilation system was used to control gas, which taking return airway in goaf as gas emission passage during pushing forward working face.Simple small section support was applied to the corner of bolting and shotcreting suppport tunnel after mining.Meanwhile, this system guaranteed reliability and security of ventilation section and gas security system of "one into the two row"was formed.According to its application in fully mechanized caving face, it basically adjusted gas flow direction from the gas source in the area to avoid gas entering working face, which ensured all gas from gas source were fully drained and prevented gas aggregating in working face or upper corner so that guaranteed safe and efficient production.
