抗病毒药物联合抗氧化疗法对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者肝损伤及纤维化进程的影响

Influence of antiviral drugs combined with antioxidant therapy on chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis patients' liver injury and fibrosis process

目的:探讨抗病毒药物联合抗氧化疗法对慢性乙肝肝硬化患者肝损伤及纤维化进程的影响。方法:收集慢性乙肝肝硬化患者118例,回顾性分析其治疗方案并分为接受常规抗病毒治疗的对照组患者60例、接受抗病毒药物联合抗氧化疗法的观察组58例。对比两组患者治疗前后血清中氧化应激指标、肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标含量的差异。结果:两组治疗前血清中氧化应激指标、肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组血清中SOD的含量较对照组显著升高,AOPPs的含量较对照组显著降低;观察组血清中肝功能指标AST、ALT、TBIL的含量低于对照组,ALB的含量高于对照组;观察组血清中肝纤维化指标HA、Ⅳ-C、PCⅢ、LN的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗病毒药物联合抗氧化疗法可显著减轻慢性乙肝肝硬化患者的氧化应激损伤,以此保护肝功能保护并抑制肝纤维化进程。

Objective：To study the influence of antiviral drugs combined with antioxidant therapy on chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis patients＇ liver injury and fibrosis process.Methods：A total of 118 cases of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis patients in our hospital during May 2013 to February 2016 in Infectious disease hospital of Dongying were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group（n=60）underwent routine antiviral therapy,observation group（n=58）underwent antiviral drugs combined with antioxidant therapy.Serum oxidative stress indexes,liver function indexes,liver fibrosis indexes in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results：Before treatment,there were no significant difference between two groups about serum oxidative stress indexes,liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes（P〉0.05）.After treatment,serum contents of oxidative stress indexes such as SOD was higher than that in control group,AOPPs was lower than that in control group;liver function indexes such as AST,ALT,TBIL in observation group were lower than that in control group,ALB was higher than that in control group;liver fibrosis indexes such as HA,Ⅳ-C,PC III,LN were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Antiviral drugs combines with antioxidant therapy can significantly reduce oxidative stress injury in patients with chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.
