摘要
目的:检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清白细胞介素IL-17、IL-23含量,探讨其与病情活动性的相关性。方法:选取在本院接受住院治疗的SLE患者82例作为观察组,同期在本院进行体检的健康人50例作为正常对照组。检测两组研究对象血清中IL-17、IL-23含量,并根据观察组血清中IL-17、IL-23含量中位数进一步分为高IL-17组、低IL-17组,高IL-23组、低IL-23组各41例。对比不同IL-17、IL-23含量患者的免疫球蛋白及补体、黏附分子含量差异。结果:观察组血清中IL-17、IL-23的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。高IL-17组血清中IgA、IgM、IgG的含量高于低IL-17组患者,C3含量低于低IL-17组患者;高IL-17组血清中sVCAM-1、sICAM-1的含量高于低IL-17组(P<0.05)。高IL-23组血清中IgA、IgM、IgG的含量高于低IL-23组,C3含量低于低IL-23组;高IL-23组血清中sVCAM-1、sICAM-1的含量高于低IL-23组(P<0.05)。结论:SLE患者血清IL-17、IL-23含量上升,且其含量与病情活动性直接相关。
Objective:To detect serum interleukins IL-17 and IL-23 levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and discuss their correlation with the disease activity.Methods:A total of 82 patients with SLE who were treated in the hospital between July 2012 and January 2017 were selected as observation group,and 50 healthy subjects who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as normal control group.Serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in two groups of subjects were detected,and the median of serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in the observation group were referred to further divide them into high IL-17 group and low IL-17 group as well as high IL-23 group and low IL-23 group respectively,41 cases in each group.The levels of immunoglobulin,complement and adhesion molecules were compared between patients with different IL-17 and IL-23 levels.Results:Serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels in observation group were higher than those in normal control group(P〈0.05).Serum IgA,IgM and IgG levels in higher IL-17 group were higher than those in low IL-17 group while C3 level was lower than that in low IL-17group;serum sVCAM-1and sICAM-1levels in high IL-17 group were higher than those in low IL-17group(P〈0.05).Serum IgA,IgM and IgG levels in higher IL-23 group were higher than those in low IL-23 group while C3 level was lower than that in low IL-23group;serum sVCAM-1and sICAM-1levels in high IL-23 group were higher than those in low IL-23group(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels increase in patients with SLE,and their levels are directly correlated with the disease activity.
