Development and discussion of siro-spinning/spandex tetrahedral elastic knitted fabrics

赛络纺精梳棉纱与韩国晓星氨纶通过不同纱线组合及弹力布在不同经纬向的弹性拉伸和弹性回复对比,使全衬弹力布具有良好的弹性拉伸和回复性。从原料组合选择、织造工艺参数设计、不同线长对弹性的影响、初定形工艺、染整工艺、后整理工艺等多方面,探讨了赛络纺/氨纶四面弹针织面料的弹性拉伸和弹性回复性能。

Siro-spinning combing cotton yarn and Korea Xiaoxing Spandex were compared between elastic tensile and elastic recovery at different warps and wefts through yarn combination and elastic fabrics. Fully padded fabrics per- form good elastic stretching and resilience. The elastic stretching and elastic recovery of siro-spinning/spandex tetrahe- dral elastic knitted fabrics were discussed by the selection of raw material combination selection, design of weaving process parameters, the influence of different line length on elastic, process of initial setting, process of dyeing and finishing and process of finishing, etc.
