涤/棉针织物染漂一浴及后处理短流程技术开发

Technological development of dyeing/bleaching one-bath and finishing short process of polyester/cotton knitted fabric

介绍了雅可赛TCB-N应用于涤/棉氧漂染涤一浴工艺,代替传统先氧漂后染涤的两浴工艺,涤棉皂洗剂TCW应用于分散和活性染料染色后同浴皂洗工艺,代替传统染涤后还原清洗再套染棉后皂洗的两浴工艺。结果表明,此染色工艺较传统工艺缩短生产时间,降低生产能耗,降低生产成本,且在牢度等方面均可达到同样效果,大货生产是可行的。

The jacques TCB-N was applied in the polyester/cotton dyeing/blenching one-bath process to replace the traditional two-bath process of oxydic bleaching and polyester dyeing. The polyester/cotton soaping agent TCW was applied in one-bath soaping process after dyeing of disperse and reactive dyes, to replace the traditional two-bath process that reduction clearing of polyester dyeing and then soaping after cotton dyeing. The results showed that compared to traditional process, this dyeing process was able to shorten the producing time, reduce the energy consumption, decrease the producing cost, and possess the same property in fastness. The volume-producing of this process is viable.
