摘要
以风力发电塔预埋塔筒基础为研究对象,建立一种基于振弦式应变计的长期监测系统,对风力机基础从养护到运行期间进行监测,对基础缺陷的出现和演化进行量化分析。监测结果表明,在基础养护期间基础环底法兰两侧混凝土出现裂缝,风力机运行期间外侧裂缝宽度随着外荷载的变化而变化;基础环底法兰上下两侧混凝土在监测期间处于正常状态,混凝土压应变分布和波动规律受到风速和风向的影响;风力机基础健康监测系统能正常运行,实现了预期设计的功能,长期监测数据可识别损伤信息,为风力机基础的维护和管理提供依据和指导。
Structural health assessment was performed on an onshore wind turbine foundation with inserted ring under both construction and operational conditions, on the basis of strain signals from vibrating wire strain sensors. The strain sensor monitoring system was used to capture the occurrence and the development of the defects. Results suggested that cracks occurred in both sides of the bottom flange of the inserted ring and the outside ones fluctuated according to changes in uplift loadings. The concrete above and below the bottom flange of the inserted ring remained in normal state throughout the monitoring period. The wind speed and direction dominated the deformation of the foundation. The monitoring system for onshore wind turbine foundation performed properly and realized the expected functions. The data from health monitoring system could identify the damage information and provide the guidance for the maintenance and management of the wind turbine foundations with inserted rings.
