高温后铁素体不锈钢力学性能试验 被引量:4

Experiment on mechanical properties of ferritic stainless steel after exposure to elevated temperatures

摘要 采用水切割制作了16个铁素体不锈钢试件,升温至最高800℃,空气中冷却后进行拉伸试验,测得应力-应变曲线,并从中获得火灾后力学性能参数。试验结果表明当升温温度在500℃之内时,高温后铁素体不锈钢力学性能变化不大;升温温度高于500℃时材料强度显著降低,而塑性性能明显提高。根据试验结果提出了高温后铁素体不锈钢力学性能参数计算公式,可用于铁素体不锈钢结构的火灾后力学性能评估和加固设计。 A total of 16 ferritic stainless steel coupons are manufactured by water cutting and heated up to 800℃.After cooling down to room temperature,tensile tests are conducted to generate the stress-strain curves,from which the post-fire mechanical property parameters are obtained. The test results show that when the heating temperature is less than 500℃,the change in mechanical properties due to heating can be negligible,while higher heating temperature is certain to induce significant strength reduction,accompanied by obvious increase in ductility. The equations are proposed to predict strength and ultimate strain after fire,which can be used in post-fire evaluation and strengthening of ferritic stainless steel structures.
