摘要
水是一种有限的自然资源,研究其经济学价值及计量方法,有利于国民经济的可持续发展。我国现有的水污染造成的经济损失计算模式,存在着较多方面的不足,已不能满足国民经济的快速发展。为此,提出新的水污染经济损失计算模式F=RQ(W入-W允)K,将水资源由于污染而造成的环境经济损失量化体现,以引起相关部门的高度重视,加大水资源保护工作的力度和合理利用水资源。
Water is limited natural resources. The research of its economics value & measuring method is beneficial to the consistent development of national economy. The formula used today in our country for calculating economic loss caused by water pollution has many disadvantages , which can no longer satisfy the need of rapid development of national economy. Therefore, the author proposes a new formula F = RQ( W - W) , which gives a more exact measurement of environmental economic loss caused by water resources. It serves making relative u-nits attach great importance to economic loss, improving the work of environmental protection and reasonably utilizing water resources.
