摘要
北京融科智地联想园区B座综合办公楼分为主楼、裙楼和纯地下室,主楼建筑高度为77.4m,采用钢框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。为增加建筑使用面积和实现外立面效果,主楼外框架柱采用斜柱,沿平面外围布置。主楼基础采用CFG桩复合地基,根据变刚度调平的设计方法进行设计。为便于布置相关管线并实现净高要求,在连接内筒和外框架的钢梁腹板上开洞,对开洞后钢梁的抗弯刚度和应力进行了有限元分析。对地下中庭36m×36m大跨钢结构顶盖进行了方案比选,采用实腹式钢梁方案,经济合理。地下钢管混凝土柱和混凝土梁采用混凝土环梁连接节点,受力性能可靠、施工效果好,为同类工程的节点设计提供了很好的示范。
The B block comprehensive office building of Beijing Raycom Lenovo Park is divided into main building,podium and pure basement,the main building is a hybrid structural system of steel frame-reinforced concrete with 77. 4m height. In order to increase the useable area of the building and to achieve the facade effect,the inclined column is adopted for outer frame column of the main building and is arranged along the periphery of the plane. CFG pile composite foundation is used for the main building foundation based on variable rigidity design method. For the convenience of arranging related pipelines and meet the demand in the clear height,the bending stiffness and stress of the steel beam with web openings connecting the tube and outer frames are analyzed by finite element analysis. After scheme comparison on the underground atrium 36 m × 36 m large span steel roof,the solid web steel beam is confirmed finally,which is economic and reasonable. Underground concrete-filled steel tubular columns and concrete beams are connected by reinforced concrete ring beam,and the seismic performance of the joint is reliable and the construction effect is good,which provides a good demonstration for the design of nodes of similar projects.
