摘要
北宋文学家苏辙有许多论述教育思想的作品,其教育思想以儒家思想为主,佛道思想为辅。他重视道德修养,论证道与学与读书之关系,他的教育思想以"道"为核心,学是致"道"之途径,读书是致"道"之方法。他强调读书的重要性,传授以勤学苦读、贵在自得的读书方法,在人才的培养过程中,尊重学生的个性发展,在教学活动中重视学习古代典籍而又反对模拟古人。他重视提掖后学,为北宋后期培养了大量人才,为我国古代的教育思想留下了丰富的文化遗产。
Su Zhe, a writer in Northern Song Dynasty, had written plenty of works on educational thoughts mostly focusing on Confucianism, and secondly Buddhism and Taoism. He attached great impor- tance to ethical attainment and demonstrated the relationship between Tao, learning and reading. In his educational system, "Tao"is the core; learning refers to the manner to realize "Tao"while reading offers methods to achieve"Tao". He highlighted the importance of study and imparted the reading methods fo- cusing on hardworking and independent thinking. In his opinion,students' personality development should be respected in talent cultivation, ancient books and records should be carefully studied while imitating the ancient scholars should not be encouraged in teaching. What's more, he promoted ambitious young writers and cultivated numerous talents for the late Northern Song Dynasty, leaving rich cul- tural legacy for ancient educational thoughts in China.
