The thought of building a global community of shared future, put forward by Chinese leaders, is a major theoretical achievement in developing diplomacy of socialism with Chinese characteristic. Breaking through the previous diplomatic principle of focusing on China＇s interest only, this theo- ry puts more emphasis on making the interests of every international actor more closely interconnected, which means a close connection between a country＇s interests and human＇s interests. In the history of mankind,this is an unprecedented creation where building the socialism with Chinese characteristics and undertaking win-win cooperation between all countries are well integrated. Its development will definitely benefit the whole world. Based on the innovations, main content and prospects of the theory, this paper analyzes the significance of building a global community of shared future.
