地方高师院校师范生教学竞赛与职业发展研究

摘要 师范生是高师院校人才培养的主体,其职业发展是师范院校关注的焦点。地方高师院校师范生教师职业意识模糊与认同缺失引起了学界的关注。教学竞赛因其培养过程凸显教师教育实践性,已成为高师院校人才培养的有效途径。文章基于教师职业发展理据,针对师范生教师职业意识与认同问题,探析获奖师范生从师任教的成长历程,探讨教学竞赛对师范生职业发展的作用。 Initial teachers are the major cultivating subjects in normal colleges and universities. Their professional development is the focus of the universities. It has drawn the attention of educational circles that the normal college students lack the professional identity and a clear consciousness of pro- fession. Teaching competition, which highlights the practical abilities of teachers, has become an effec- tive way of talent cultivation. In order to render the professional identity and a clear consciousness of profession among normal college students, this paper, based on the professional development theories, analyzes the development history of the winners in the teaching competitions and explore the role of teaching competitions in the professional development of normal college students.
