商务英语跨学科特性与教师专业能力提升路径 被引量:3

摘要 商务英语是外国语言学、应用经济学、工商管理学、法学、跨文化交际学等诸多学科的交叉,具有跨学科特性。部分商务英语教师对商务英语专业特性的认知存在疑惑,知识结构欠完善,影响其教学能力提升。文章从商务英语演变历程、商务英语内涵界定、商务英语专业人才培养目标、专业定位、专业归属及其学术研究等多维度阐释商务英语跨学科特性。基于商务英语跨学科特性的认知,商务英语教师应尽力构建多学科交叉的知识结构,通过自主学习、业务培训、在职进修、企业见习和公司挂职锻炼、参加研讨会、构建跨学科教学团队等多种途径掌握相关学科知识和国际商务应用技能,努力掌握商务英语教学理论,大胆采用先进教学方法,改进教学手段,提升商务英语教学能力。 Business English is an interdisciplinary major combining foreign linguistics, applied eco- nomics, business administration, law, intercultural communication. Due to the doubts on the characteris- tics of business English and an incomplete knowledge structure, improvement in teaching performance can be hardly made among relevant teachers. This paper expounds the interdisciplinary characteristics of business English from the perspectives of business English development, the definition of business Eng- lish, the objectives of business English talents cultivation, professional orientation, professional attribution and academic research. Based on the interdisciplinary characteristics of business English, business Eng- lish teachers should try to build a multi-disciplinary knowledge structure,master the relevant disci- plinary knowledge and international business application skills through independent learning, professional training,in-service training,corporate internships and temporary post practices in corporations. What's more, to enhance business English teaching theories, adopt advanced teaching ability, teachers should strive to master the business English teaching methods and improve teaching methods.
