摘要
为研制钝感的新型熔铸炸药,采用分层铸装的方法,制备了4种不同配比下以DNMT为载体、RDX为主体的熔铸炸药样品,并通过试验方法,考察了不同样品的撞击感度与爆速。结果表明,m(RDX)/m(DNMT)=60/40时,熔态炸药的流动性最好;RDX/DNMT中主体炸药的增多会使熔铸炸药趋于对撞击敏感;m(RDX)/m(DNMT)=65/35时,爆速达到最大。以上结果可为新型熔铸炸药的生产及使用提供指导。
In order to research a new type of insensitive casting explosive, 4 different formulas samples which is supported by DNMT and subjected by RDX were produced by layered cast. And the impact sensitivity and detonation velocity was tested by experiments. The results show that when rn(RDX)/rn(DNMT)=60/40, the explosive simple shows the best liquidity. The increase of subject explosive could lead to impact insensitiveness. When m(RDX)/rn(DNMT) =65/35, the detonation velocity of compound reaches its maximum. This researchprovides further guide for the production and use of new casting explosive.
