摘要
为研究不同添加剂对煤炭焦化过程中矿物相变的影响,采用X射线衍射和SEM扫描电镜分析了在不同种类、含量添加剂的情况下,焦化产物中组分和含量的变化。研究结果表明,氧化钙(CaO)的添加,促使矿物中含钙物增加,并对焦炭的微观形貌有影响,但添加过多时会影响焦炭的强度;二氧化钛(TiO_2)的添加,会使焦炭中锐钛矿的含量显著增大,同时使石英类和莫来石类矿物含量下降。
In order to research the effect of additive on mineral phase transformation in coal coking process, the composition and content of coal product in different situation were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that the addition of calcium oxide (CaO) can promote the increase of calcium in minerals, and microstructure of coke is affected. With theincreasing content of CaO, the strength of coke is reduced. The addition of titanium dioxide would lead to a significant increase of anatase and the decrease of quartz and mullite minerals.
