摘要 在低温甲醇洗工艺的运行过程中,可能会出现一些问题,这些问题的出现会造成整个运行过程的不稳定性。只有从根本上找出这些问题产生的关键因素,才能够有效地解决这些问题,保证低温甲醇洗的稳定运行。对低温甲醇洗的工作原理以及工艺控制要点进行分析,探讨低温甲醇洗稳定运行的关键因素,并试图在低温甲醇洗过程中通过调整压力和温度来脱除酸性气体,保证低温甲醇洗的稳定运行。 In the operation process of low temperature methanol washing, there may be some problems, which will cause instability of the whole operation process. Only by fundamentallyfinding the key factors causing these problems, can these problems be effectively solved, andstable operation of low temperature methanol washing is ensured. In this paper, the working principle and key points of process control for low temperature methanol washing are analyzed, and key factors of stable operation for low temperature methanol washing is explored. The pressure and temperature areadjusted to remove acid gases in the process of low temperature methanol washing, ensuring the stable operation oflow temperature methanol washing.
