CO_2预裂增透技术在低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采中的应用

摘要 我国煤矿在经过多年的浅部采掘活动后,煤层赋存条件进一步复杂化。同时,受采掘设备大型化、智能化等客观因素影响,采掘过程中矿井瓦斯涌出量将进一步增大,成为制约矿井安全发展最为突出的难题之一,故而寻求新的瓦斯抽采革命性技术尤显重要。通过在西铭矿48709工作面应用CO_2复合气体置换解析技术,降低了煤层瓦斯含量,消除了煤层瓦斯涌出量大的隐患,为西铭矿在瓦斯抽采技术及工艺方面提供了新的思路和新的可持续发展道路。 After many years of shallow mining activities in China's coal mines, the occurrence condition of coal seams is further complicated. At the same time, affected bylarge-scale equipment, intellectualization and other objective factors in mining, the amount of mine gas emission will further increase in mining process, which has become one of the most prominent problems in restricting the development of mine safety. So it is particularly important to seek new revolutionary technology of gas drainage. Through CO2 composite gas displacement analytical technologyin 48709 working face of Ximing coal mine, the gas content of coal seam is reduced, and the hidden danger of gas emission quantity is eliminated, providing a new idea and a new way for sustainable development of gas drainage technology and procesin Ximing coal mine.
