摘要
分别从高温与常温给生产工艺造成的不同影响进行了分析,并且针对环境温度存在差异的情况下,主梁成型与壳体成型出现的质量问题提出了相应的解决措施。最终结果得出,只要按照环境温度的改变对生产工艺作出及时的调整,就能够控制灌注质量风险,从而有利于避免其它质量问题的出现。
This paper analyzes the different influence of high temperature and room temperature on production process. Under the condition of temperature difference, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for quality problems in beam forming and shell forming. The final result is that timely adjustments should be made as to environmental temperature changes in production process, which can control the quality risk of perfusion, so as to avoid the emergence of other quality problems.
