摘要
鉴于掘进机截割头存在偏磨、尾部易磨损、过载停机和易导致煤岩没落等问题。综合掘进机截割头多家设计经验,并充分运用仿真及验算方法,制定合理化方案来优化设计工艺,从而提升其性能并获取更大的价值。
As to the problem of partial wear, tailwear and overloading of the cutting head of roadheader, and spalling of coal rock, combined with design experiences of cutting head of roadheader, and by use of simulation and verification methods, this paper formulates rationalization program to optimize the design process, thereby enhancing its performance and obtaining greater value.
