Roadmap to First-Class Disciplines and Universities on Discipline Ontology

建设世界一流学科、世界一流大学是提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力的重大战略举措。综合考量学科本体论和价值工具论的辩证关系,探究"世界一流"的内涵特质及全球评价标准,结合我国经济发展水平和近年来高水平大学建设的利害得失,文章提出集中资源重铸"学科本体",以攻克世界顶尖难题带动一流学科、一流大学的"双一流"建设路径。

The construction of world first-class disciplines and universities is of strategic importance to improve the comprehensive power and international competence of Chinese higher education. Based on the overall consideration of dis- cipline ontology, axiology and pragmatism, the exploration to the connotation and global evaluation criteria of ＂world first- class＂, the connection to social economy development, recent achievements and shortcomings of world-class universities eonstrnction, the suggestions were made that devoting resources to the promotion of ＂discipline basics＂, driving the world first-class disciplines and universities constructions through the research on the world first-class research problems.
