基于指标权重分析的图书采购资金分配

Allocation of Book-Purchasing Funds Based on the Analysis of Index Weight

图书采购资金的分配直接影响到馆藏结构和用户需求。为了最大限度地满足用户需求,应用指标权重分析方法对图书采购资金分配问题进行了讨论。首先,按照不同层次,对影响图书采购的因素用权重予以量化。然后,基于不同层次的指标权重,建立资金分配模型。最后,以北京建筑大学图书馆为例,对资金分配结果的合理性进行分析。分析结果表明,对指标权重的科学构造,能合理分配采购资金,达到预期效用。

The structure of library collection and the needs of library users are both affected directly by the distribution of book-purchasing funds. In order to fit best with the needs of library users, this article employs the method of index weight to discuss the distribution of book-purchasing funds. Firstly, the factors affecting book purchase are quantified by weight, according to different levels. Then, based on the index weight of the different levels, an allocation model of funds can be established. Finally, taking the situ- ation of Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture Library as an example, the result of capital allocation is analyzed. It can be found that the scientific construction of the index weight can properly allo- cate the book-purchasing funds, and then fulfill the expected utility of the book purchase.
