摘要
目的分析不同年龄段肺炎支原体感染患者血清中白细胞介素35(IL-35)的水平,探讨其与性别、年龄的相关性以及在肺炎支原体感染过程中的作用。方法将纳入标准的94例肺炎支原体感染阳性作为研究组,69例肺炎支原体阴性作为对照组。符合入选标准的研究组与对照组按年龄分为三组:分别是≤1岁组(n=56),>1-10岁组(n=54)和>60岁组(n=53)。通过ELISA方法分别检测各年龄组中血清IL-35水平,分析研究组与对照组血清IL-35水平在不同年龄组之间的表达差异以及相关性。结果≤1岁组中研究组IL-35水平[(41.65±28.80)ng/L]高于对照组[(27.87±19.69)ng/L,P=0.041],>1-10岁组中研究组IL-35水平[(18.55±10.08)ng/L]低于对照组[(30.46±10.61)ng/L,P=0.000],>60岁组中研究组IL-35水平[(33.22±14.65)ng/L]高于对照组[(22.61±8.92)ng/L,P=0.002];对照组血清IL-35水平在不同年龄组两两比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.226);研究组血清IL-35水平≤1岁组高于>1-10岁组(P=0.000);>60岁组高于>1-10岁组(P=0.002);≤1岁组与>60岁组之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.086>0.05)。结论 IL-35可能在肺炎支原体感染过程发挥了抗炎症作用。对照组与研究组血清中均存在IL-35表达,其表达水平与性别、年龄没有相关性,血清IL-35水平可以考虑作为肺炎支原体感染控制水平评估的免疫学参考指标。
Objective To investigate the concentration of IL-35 in serum of patients infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP) and its difference in different age and gender,and to explore its possible roles in the process of infection. Methods Ninety-four patients infected with MP were selected as experimental group and 69 controls without infection were included as control group. All subjects were divided into three groups: less than 1 year old group, 〉1-10 year-old group and over 60-year-old group. The serum IL-35 concentration was detected in experimental groups and control group,and then the difference of serum IL-35 concentration among different age and gender patients was analyzed. Results Serum IL-35 concentration( ng/ml) in less than 1-year-old patients was higher in experimental group than in control group( 41. 65 ± 28. 80 vs 27. 87 ± 19. 69,t =-2. 090,P = 0. 041). Serum IL-35 concentration( ng/ml) in〉 1-10-year-old patients was lower in experimental group than in control group( 18. 55 ± 10. 08 vs 30. 46 ± 10. 61,t = 4. 414 5,P 〈0. 001). Serum IL-35 concentration( ng/ml) was higher in over 60-year-old patients in experimental group than in control group( 33. 22 ± 14. 65 vs 22. 61 ± 8. 92,t =-3. 227,P = 0. 002). There was no significant difference in serum IL-35 concentrations among controls with different age. The serum IL-35 level in less than 1-year-old group and over 60-year-old group was higher than that in 1-10 year-old group. Conclusion IL-35 may play an anti-inflammatory in Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. The IL-35 expression in serum shows significant difference between MP infection patients and controls. Serum IL-35 concentration may be used as an immunological indicator to test MP infection.
