摘要
‘粉红公主’草莓由‘章姬’与‘给维塔’杂交育成。果实圆锥形或楔形,一、二级序果平均单果质量20.5 g,最大单果质量43 g。果面粉红色,有光泽,有香味。可溶性固形物含量为10.4%,维生素C含量为0.589 mg·g^(-1),还原糖含量为4.25%,可滴定酸含量为0.63%,果实硬度为1.4 kg·cm^(-2)。北京地区日光温室条件下1月中旬成熟。
'Fenhong Gongzhu' is a new strawberry(Fragaria x ananassa)cultivar bred from the cross of 'Akihime' and 'Gaviota' . The fruit is cone-shaped or wedge-shaped. The average fruit weight is 20.5 g and the largest fruit weight is 43 g. It has pink peel, bright luster and excellent flavor. The content of soluble solids, vitamin C, total reducing sugar, total titratable acid and hardness is 10.4%, 0.589 mg· g^-1, 4.25%, 0.63% and 1.4 kg · cm-2, respectively. It's ripening date is in middle January in the greenhouse in Beijing.
