马铃薯不同品种块茎矿质营养品质的差异 被引量:19

Differences in Mineral Nutrition Quality of Different Potato Varieties

摘要 为了解马铃薯不同品种块茎矿质营养元素钾、铁和锌含量的差异,选取了20个四倍体马铃薯栽培品种作为试验材料,开展1年两地的田间试验,测定了块茎中钾、铁、锌3种矿质元素含量,比较了不同品种间的差异。结果表明:块茎的钾、铁和锌含量在马铃薯品种间、地点间以及品种和地点互作间均存在极显著差异。块茎中钾、铁含量的变幅较小,而锌含量存在丰富的变异。供试品种中以东农310、克新22号、克新27号的钾元素含量较高,均在300mg/100g FW以上;东农310、大西洋、定薯3号、中薯5号、费乌瑞它、克新12号、东农308的铁含量在2.20mg/100g FW以上;克新12号、东农308和克新22号的锌含量大于0.80mg/100g FW。所有供试品种中东农310的钾、铁含量最高,克新12号的锌含量最高。 In order to understand the nutrient differences among different varieties of potato, we selected 20 tetraploid potato as test materials to carry out the field test for one year, measured and compared zinc, iron, and potassium contents in potato tubers. The result showed that the variation of potassium and iron content in tubers was small, but there was big variation in zinc content. The potassium content in the 20 varieties of Dongnong 310, Kexin No.22, Kexin No.27, were more than 300mg/100g FW. The iron content of Dongnong 310, Atlantic, Dingshu No.3, Zhongshu No.5, Favorita, Kexin No. 12, Dongnong 308 more than 2.20mg/100g FW. The zinc content of Kexin No. 12, Dongnong 308 and Kexin No.22 was higher than 0.80mg/100g FW. The potassium and the iron contents of Dongnong 310 were the highest, but the zinc content of Kexin No.12 was the highest in all the varieties.
