应用综合指标法和灰色关联度法对10个紫花苜蓿品种进行耐盐性评价 被引量:13

Comprehensive Evaluation on Salinity Performance of 10 Alfalfa Varieties by Comprehensive Index and Gray Correlation Methods

摘要 紫花苜蓿是一种主要绿肥作物,在改良盐碱地中发挥着重要的作用。选择中苜1号、阿尔岗金、敖汉、先行者、皇后、WL343HQ、德宝、三得利、赛迪5、惊喜10个紫花苜蓿品种,对其萌发期和生长期的耐盐性测试分析,以期为盐碱地种植适宜的紫花苜蓿品种提供理论依据。主要用综合指标法和灰色关联度法,通过计算7个性状指标即相对发芽率、相对发芽速度、单位面积田间生物量、株高、叶茎比、干鲜比和叶绿素含量,对10个紫花苜蓿品种的耐盐性进行综合评价。两种方法都表明WL343HQ、中苜1号、德宝、先行者的耐盐性好,敖汉的耐盐性最差。综合实验室和田间苜蓿的生长表现,认为灰色关联度法较综合指标法适合评价苜蓿的耐盐性。 Alfalfa is a major green manure crop, playing an important role in the improvement of saline soil. 10 alfalfa varieties, the Zhongrnu No. 1, Algonquin, Aohan, Concept, Alfaqueen, WL343HQ, Derby, Sanditi, Sardi 5, Adrenalin were selected to analyze the germination and growing under salt stress in order to provide a theoretical basis for planting suitable varieties in saline soil. Based on the relative germination rate, relative germination speed, biomass of per unit area in the field, plant height, leaf stem ratio, fresh and dried ratio, and the chlorophyll content, aggregative index method and grey system theory correlation analysis were used to make salt-tolerant comprehensive evaluation of the 10 alfalfa varieties. Both methods showed that the salt tolerance of WL343HQ, Zhongmu No.I, Derby and Concept was good, Aohan was worst. Based on laboratory and field alfalfa growth performance, it suggested that grey correlation method was more suitable than comprehensive index method for the evaluation of salt tolerance of alfalfa.
