Preparation of High Purity Lanthanum Chloride by Crystallization-recrystallization

摘要 研究了以结晶—重结晶法制备及纯化氯化镧,考察了原液酸度、析晶温度、降温速度、静置时间、淋洗液酸度及结晶母液循环对产品质量的影响。结果表明:所得氯化镧晶体中,非稀土金属杂质质量分数小于5×10^(-5),产品纯度较高;热分解机制表明,所得氯化镧的组成为LaCl_3·7H_2O。 The crystallization preparation and purification of aqua lanthanum chloride was researched. Effects of initial acidity of material liquid, devitrification temperature, cooling rate, aging time and of washing liquid acidity on the quality of products were examined. The results show that total content of impurities in the product was less than 5. 0×10-5. The product has high purity. The thermal decomposition mechanism shows that the composition of obtained lanthanum chloride is LaCl3 · 7H2O.
