摘要
在分析了以资源消耗为基础的相对价值比率(Resource Based Relative Valae Scale,RBRVS)的医师支付模式的发展背景、基本原理和计量模型的基础上,对其在我国公立医院薪酬改革中的可行性进行了分析,并结合大型综合性公立医院具体实践探讨了其在我国公立医院的本土化应用、存在的问题及应对措施。
Based on physician bonus allocation using Resource Based Relative Value Scale system, development background, basic principle and the econometric model were analyzed. Then, through combining with the practice of large comprehensive public hospital, the feasibility of the compensation reform of public hospital, the localization of application, problems and countermeasures were evaluated.
