摘要
目的探讨聚类分析法在确定护理单元分类中的应用,客观、公正地评价护理单元,在医护分开核算模式下,为护理绩效奖金分配及人力资源配置提供参考依据。方法利用自设调查表及某公司提供的量表,抽样统计护理人员对护理单元分类的主观评价,应用聚类分析法,结合客观业务数据,确定不同护理单元的分类。结果将全院78个护理单元分为1~5类共5个类别,1类护理单元9个,2类护理单元21个,3类护理单元22个,4类护理单元12个,5类护理单元14个。结论调整后的护理单元聚类值作为护理单元分类系数,能够全面、客观、相对公平地反映不同护理单元的护理工作负荷、难度及风险,可以作为医院护理绩效考评奖金分配及科室管理的依据。
Objective To evaluate the application of cluster analysis for fair and objective classification of nursing units, so as to provide reference for nursing performance appraisal and deployment of human resources, which are separated from doctors. Methods First, gathering the subjective evaluation of nurses themselves by sampling questionnaires with rating scales, most of which are self designed, and some provided by companies. Then classifying the nursing units based on results of cluster analysis, and objective performing data. Results All 78 nursing units are classified into 5 levels. The first level is consisted of 9 nursing units, followed by 21 and 22 in the next two levels, and the last two levels are made of 12 and 14 nursing units correspondingly. Conclusion The clustering value has comprehensively and fairly reflected the workload, difficulty and risk of each nursing units, thus it can act as the classification coefficient, which can provide reference for evaluation of performance and department management.
