摘要
人力资源是高校后勤最重要的资源 ,高校后勤人力资源的管理、开发直接关系到后勤社会化改革的成效。根据当前高校后勤员工队伍的素质状况 ,高校后勤人力资源的管理必须从基础做起 ,具体可从七个方面入手 :了解规划 ;吸纳配置 ;员工激励 ;考核监控 ;思想教育 ;培养开发 ;留住人才。
Human resource is the most important dynamics of college logistic service. The management and development of human resource have a direct influence on the successful reformation of logistic socialization. To meet with the quality of the working staffs, the management of human resource should be reformed in the following seven basic aspects: drawing programs, arranging applicants, stimulating staffs, checking and supervising works, training the staffs, stabilizing qualified talents, and carrying out ideological education.
