Under the great impact of preliminary education reformation all over the world, the reformation of Taiwan's nine\|year consistent curricula was officially implemented in 2001. The reformed curricula attacthed great importance to the concepts of curriculum unification, schoolcentered, and capability\|centered, which caused a stir in Taiwan. This essay is to introduce and expound the background, the supporting ideology and the contents of this reformation in Taiwan. Its purpose is to provide some enlightenment to the curriculum reformation in our mainland.
