一种大经贸格局在我国已初步形成 ,而国有 (特别是中小型 )专业外贸公司的处境却日趋艰难。针对其在我国外贸体制改革后丧失的各类优势 ,必须实行转换经营机制、实业化经营、优化经营与产品结构、科学管理等改革。

A big backgroud of trade economy has been formed in China. But the state professional foreign trade companies is in a devilhole, especially the medium & small\|sized ones. It will lose diversified advantage after the trade system has been innovated in China. Thus, to transform the working mechanism and carry out industrial management, to optimize the structures of work and product, and adopt scientific management, etc. Were put forward in this text.
