教育服务贸易是WTO协议的内容之一。加入WTO将使中国教育办学主体多元化 ,国外部分资金渗入我国教育机构中 ,人才争夺战日趋激烈 ,我国远程教育和教育边缘产业也将面临新的挑战。为此 ,从人才争夺战、依法治教。

Educational service is a part of the agreements with WTO. Joining WTO will make the main schooling part of Chinese education diversifying, make the part of foreign funds penetrating into our native educational organizations, make the fight for talent increasingly and intense, make our long\|distance education and educational field facing a challenge. Therefore, this article raised some countermeasures forward the fight for talent, the legal management of education, the opening of educational market, and the reformation of educational management as well.
