成人高等教育教学计划的制订原则

成人高等教育的教学计划是组织教学的依据 ,是办好教育的关键步骤。然而 ,现行教学计划往往存在课程老化、呆板 ,培养目标模糊 ,层次不清 ,特色不够 ,没有时代气息等问题。为适应 2 1世纪人才培养的要求 ,成人高等教育的教学计划必须从成人、在职、业余学习的实际出发 ,整体优化课程结构 ,增强课程的灵活性、针对性 ,处理好阶段性与连贯性、理论性与实践性等关系 ,以专带博 ,不断创新、完善 ,使成人高等教育的教学计划具有鲜明的时代特色。

Teaching plan for the higher education of adult is a basis of organizing teaching, blueprint of training men for profession and key step to develop education. However, there are some problems existing in current teaching plans, such as the aging and inflexible subjects, hazy training objective, lack of unity and coherence, insufficient characteristic, short of the spirit of the times, etc. In order to fit in with the needs of training men for profession, teaching plan for the higher education of adult must improve its whole subject structure, strengthen flexibility and clear the aim of subjects, and properly deal with the relationships between the feature of kind stages and coherence, theory and practice, etc. Teaching plan should also emphasize professional knowledge and other various fields, and constantly innovate, and perfect itself with times, profession and the adults.
