The isothermal crystallization kinetics and the structure of chains of PET/Al\-2O\-3 were studied by depolarized light intensity (DLI) and viscosity. It is shown that Al\-2O\-3 had certain catalytic action for preparation of PET and resulted in some difference of polymer chains' structure and crystallization kinetics between PET and PET/Al\-2O\-3.
