地铁矿山法隧道下穿火车站站场股道变形及控制研究

摘要 以武汉市轨道交通11号线为工程背景,针对起点~光谷火车站区间矿山法隧道下穿流芳火车站站场股道引起的地表变形,采用Peck经验公式对地面沉降进行了估算,并运用有限元软件MIDAS/GTS对隧道施工全过程进行动态模拟。侧重分析了台阶法开挖工况下站场股道及站台桩基的变形特性,并探讨了相应的变形控制措施。研究结果表明:隧道开挖不可避免扰动土体,引起站场股道的变形和位移,但变形值满足货运铁路的运营要求,说明台阶法开挖结合施工阶段安全防护措施的方案是可行的,矿山法隧道下穿铁路站场股道的设计是合理的,可为类似工程提供参考。 Taking the Wuhan Rail Transit Line 11 as the engineering background, the land subsidence caused by the construction of a mining tunnel(starting point-Optical Valley railway station) crossing underneath the Liufang railway station track is analyzed by Peck empirical formula. The whole process of tunnel construction is simulated by MIDAS/GTS. The deformation characteristics of the station ground tack and the platform pile foundation under bench cut method are analyzed, and the corresponding deformation control measures are also discussed. The result shows that the tunnel excavation inevitably disturbs the soil and causes the deformation and displacement of the station ground tack, but the deformation value meets the operational requirements of the freight railway. It is verified that the plan of excavation by bench cut method combined with the construction stage safety protection measures is feasible, and the design of the mining tunnel crossing underneath the railway station track is rational. This paper can provide reference for similar projects.
