摘要
国外关于普通学校教师全纳教育态度的研究主要围绕全纳教育态度的结构与测量、教师对全纳教育的总体态度和教师全纳教育态度的影响因素三方面进行。通过对相关文献进行综述发现,全纳教育态度是一个多维度结构,普通学校教师对全纳教育持中立态度,性别、年龄、教龄、全纳教育教学经验、特殊教育或全纳教育培训经历和学生障碍类型对教师的全纳教育态度产生影响。分析和借鉴国外在教师全纳教育态度方面的研究成果对推进我国全纳教育研究与实践具有重要的现实意义。
The research into regular school teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education outside China mainly focuses on the construct and measurement of the attitudes towards inclusive education, teachers' overall attitudes towards inclusive education, and the variables related to their attitudes. According to relevant research literature, the attitudes towards inclusive education are a multi-dimensional construct; regular school teachers hold a neutral attitude, such factors as gender, age, years of teaching, the experience in inclusive teaching, special education or inclusive education training, and the types of students' disabilities have an effect on teachers' attitudes towards inclusive education. An analysis of the research results of foreign countries and the use of them for reference offer practical implications for the research into and the practice of inclusive education in China.
