关于黄石市中小学教师普通话水平培训与测试的思考

摘要 黄石市中小学教师普通话培训给推普工作带来三大思考:一、受训对象的全员性参与,为黄石地区教师普通话水平整体提高提供了保障;二、培训教师的高度职业性,是确保培训成功的必备条件,而且为黄石的继续教育建立了一个成功的组织教学的模式;三、黄石方言的区域特殊性,使培训者努力探索到适合黄石地区普通话教学的新模式,大力提高了黄石地区口语教育的品位。 There are three thought about popularity of the common spoken Chinese bringing together with the training of it for the primary and middle schools' teachers in Huangshi.The first, all the trainees take part in it, providing guarantee of improvment for the common spoken Chinese level for all the teachers in HuangShi.Second, all the trainees are professional teachers, this ensures the success of the training,moreover, it sets up a successful model for arranging teaching in HuangShi; the third, the speciality of dialect in HuangShi makes the trainers try their best to find a new model that is suitable for the common spoken Chinese teaching in HuangShi, and it improves the level of spoken language teaching in Huang Shi greatly.
