Analysising the Realistic Significance of the New Labor Union Law in Protecting Rights

本文结合我国现阶段工人阶级队伍状况,分析认为:在社会变动中,工会运动也悄悄改变,工会代表和维护职工合法权益应成为工会在市场经济条件下参与劳动关系调整的重要手段。新工会法突出和强化工会维护职能,从法律上保障了职工权利,具有重大的现实意义。

Combining with the state of the working class in our country nowadays, after analysising,the author thinks that the labor union movements are changing with the changing society, the labor union represents and protects the workers' legal rights,it should become an important way to adjust the working relationship in the market economy condition.The new law emphasizes and strengthens the labor union' s protecting rights, it has important significance.
