检察机关作为国家法律监督机关;通过行使检察权来维护法律尊严、维护社会稳定、打击犯罪,促进经济发展,但检察制度仍然存在与当前法制建设不相适应的方面,需要进一步改革和完善。

As the nation's law supervisory organ, the procuratorial organ protect the law, keep the social's steady,fight against crime through the procuratorial right,but the system still has some un-suital aspects, needs improvement.
