基于创新驱动竞赛育人模式的特色研究

以设计竞赛为载体,探索竞赛对设计人才培养的作用,研究竞赛育人的创新驱动作用,总结这种教学改革的特色,对于设计专业人才培养具有重要意义。文章首先以创新驱动竞赛育人模式的定位特色开篇,对创新驱动竞赛育人模式做一个概念界定,其次研究创新驱动竞赛育人模式的教学特色,再次对创新驱动竞赛育人模式的质量和成果进行分析和研究,形成教学成果的质量特色;最后对这种竞赛育人模式的推广特色进行分析和总结。创新驱动竞赛育人模式具有普遍的推广意义,对于培养学生创新意识、竞争意识和危机意识具有重要推动作用。

Taking design as the carrier, it explores the effect of competition to design talents training. It does research on driving innovation of competition education, summarizes the characteristics of teaching reform, and has important significance for the design of professional personnel training. The opening starts with the innovation driven education mode of competition, makes a definition on the concept of innovation driven education mode competition, followed by the research of innovation driven education mode competition teaching characteristic. Again driving mode of education competition quality and achievement of innovation are analyzed and studied, the quality characteristics of formation of teaching achievements; finally, this mode of education the competition promotion features were analyzed and summarized.
