基于3D打印技术的服装设计创新应用

INNOVATIVE APPLICATION OF COSTUME DESIGNING BASED ON 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY

3D打印技术是由2D打印切片逐层黏合的三维产品制造技术。文章基于激光固化3D打印技术对服装设计创新实践进行论述,并通过打印材料比较的方法筛选最优方案制作成品,在实现服装新颖性的同时满足衣着舒适度。文章综述了3D打印的基本情况;探讨了可服用3D打印材料的优缺点;实践了最新3D打印材料及方法在服装中的运用;总结了3D打印服装的局限性;并为3D打印技术在服装设计创新中的应用提供发展方向。

3D printing production has been made thorough stacking and bonding sections that printed with 2D printing equipment, This article based on the technology of Laser curing 3D printing, discussed how this technology promotes costume designing innovating and using method of material comparison to select and make the greatest finished production that can achieve both ornamental value and comfortable capability. Furthermore this article summarized the basic condition of 3D printing technology and discussed the merits and demerits of each material that can be used in garment 3D printing area. In addition, it practiced the ways that the latest 3D printing technology and material been used in costume designing area and analyzed the possibility and boundedness of garment 3D printing. In the end, this article provided the way that 3D printing technology combines with costume designing to developing and innovating.
