摘要
商品房作为改革开放的产物,近年来在全国各地遍地开花,伴随其增长需求,人们对商品房居住区内相关基础公共设施要求亦越高。本文基于产品设计的维度,通过问卷法、深度访谈法、数据模型法、定性定量等方法用来对商品房居住区居民满意度进行评价分析。目的:提高居民对基础设施的满意度与参与感,达到身心健康;意义:以一个具体的视角(百里华府3期商品房)为未来新建的城镇商品房基础公共设施的设计提供些参考依据;创新点:结合POE方法设计出提高居民用户对居住区公共环境设施使用行为的分类,并对相关设施进行简约性与趣味性设计。
In recent years, commercial houses as products of reform have raised up and boomed throughout tlqe country .Along with its growing demand, related basic public facilities of people living in the housing area are also higher in demand. Based on the dimension of product design, this paper uses the method of questionnaire, depth interview, data model, qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the satisfaction of residents in commercial housing. Purpose: to improve the residents' satisfaction and participation in infrastructure, to achieve physical and mental health. Significance: to a specific perspective (Barry Washington 3 commercial housing) for the future of the new urban commercial housing basic public facilities design to provide some basis for reference. Innovation: combining the POE method, we designed to improve the classification of residents' use of public facilities in residential areas, and to carry out the simplicity and interesting design of related facilities.
