摘要
台州市江口污水处理厂对污泥深度脱水系统进行升级改造,采用"污泥浓缩+化学调理+高压隔膜压滤"工艺,对污泥进行有效的减量化、稳定化处理,并能节省41%的污泥运输及处置费。介绍了该工程工艺流程及关键设计参数,并对升级改造工程的工程投资、实施后的效果、直接运行费及经济效益等进行进一步分析。
An upgrading modification of the sludge advanced dewatering system in Jiangkou Sewage Treatment Plant of Taizhou City has been made. The process, sludge concentration + chemical conditioning + high pressure diaphragm filter pressing transportation , can accomplish sludge minimizing and stabilizing and disposal costs. The process flow and key treatment effectively, and save 41% of the sludge design parameters of the project are introduced. In addition, the project investment of the upgrading modification, the implementation effect, direct running costs and economic benefits are further analyzed.
