放射介入治疗对中晚期肝癌患者生活治疗的改善作用

Effect of Radiation Interventional Therapy on Life Therapy of Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer

目的:探讨放射介入治疗对中晚期肝癌患者生活治疗的改善作用。方法:采取方便抽样法抽取100例于2010年至2016年期间来我院进行治疗的中晚期肝癌患者,以随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组,各组均为50例患者。观察组患者首先给予射频消融术进行治疗,然后再给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术进行治疗;对照组患者单纯给予肝动脉化疗栓塞术进行治疗。结果:临床治疗总有效率,观察组患者显著高于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。生活质量评分,观察组患者显著高于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。患者12个月、18个月生存率,观察组显著高于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:放射介入治疗中晚期肝癌,能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,显著改善患者的生活质量,延长患者生存期,在中晚期肝癌治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the effect of radiation interventional therapy on life therapy of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods： By convenience sampling 100 cases from 2010 to 2016 to the hospital for treatment of advanced liver cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group, each group had 50 patients. Patients in the observation group were treated with radiofrequency ablation, and then were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Results： The total effective rate of clinical treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Quality of life score, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Patients 12 months, 18 months survival rate, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈 0.05.Conclusion： Interventional treatment of advanced liver cancer, can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical treatment effect, and will not increase the adverse reactions of patients, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, prolong the survival of patients, has a high application value in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma in value.
