下肢静脉血栓超声临床诊断价值探究

Clinical Value of Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的:分析下肢静脉曲张应用超声检查的临床诊断价值。方法:选取了我院2014-2016年收治的下肢静脉血栓患者96例,随机分为了对照组和研究组,其中对照组采取了X线血管造影技术进行诊断,研究组患者采取超声检查对于血管进行诊断,对比两组患者诊断结果的合格率。结果:其中对照组诊断结果,急性期合格率为80.7%,慢性期诊断合格率为77.7%,总合格率为81.2%。研究组患者中急性期诊断合格率为96.4%,慢性期诊断合格率为94.4%,总合格率为95.8%,两组合格率比较,研究组高于对照组,两组比较有差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:下肢静脉血栓患者采取超声进行临床诊断准确率较高,且安全、无创,值得临床中推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods： 96 patients with venous frostbite of lower limb treated in our hospital from2014 to 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was diagnosed by X-ray angiography, and the patients in the study group underwent ultrasonography. Blood vessels to compare the diagnostic results of two groups of patients with the pass rate. Results： The diagnostic accuracy of the control group was 80.7%. The rate of qualified diagnosis was 77.7% in the chronic phase. The total eligible rate was 81.2%. The eligible rate was 96.4% in the acute phase, 94.4%in the chronic phase and 95.8% in the chronic phase. The comparison of the two groups was higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05） was statistically significant. Conclusion： Ultrasonography is a safe and noninvasive method for the clinical diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
