全面腹部超声检查应用于急腹症诊断中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Total Abdominal Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Acute Abdominal Disease

目的:探讨急腹症诊断中应用全面腹部超声与选择性腹部超声的价值。方法:选择我院2015年8月至2016年10月收治的84例急腹症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各42例,对照组接受传统选择性腹部超声检查,观察组采用全面腹部超声检查,对两组患者超声检查时间、临床诊断时间、诊断符合率进行观察。结果:观察组检查时间较对照组长,诊断时间较对照组短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组诊断符合率为97.62%,对照组诊断符合率为83.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :急腹症采用全面腹部超声检查虽然检查时间较长,但是可缩短临床诊断时间,提高确诊率,为临床制定治疗方案提供参考依据,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the value of the application of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound and selective abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdominal disease. Methods： 84 cases of patients with acute abdomen treated in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were detected by traditional selective abdominal ultrasound while patients the observation group were detected by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound. The ultrasound examination time, the time of clinical diagnosis and diagnosis the coincidence rate were observed in the two groups. Results： The examination time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, but the diagnosis time was shorter than that in the control group and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was 97.62%, but the diagnostic coincidence rate of the control group was 83.33% and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Although the full abdomen abdominal ultrasound examination needs a long time, it can shorten the time of clinical diagnosis and can also improve the diagnosis rate, which and provide reference for clinical treatment, worthy of promotion.
