腹部低剂量CT技术的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Low Dose CT in Abdomen

目的:探讨腹部低剂量CT技术的临床应用。方法:选择2014年7月至2015年12月在我院被确诊并接受治疗的60例腹部内脏疾病患者作为本次研究对象。常规组患者采用常规影像学检查方式进行检查,实验组采用低剂量CT检查。记录并对比两组患者在接受临床影像学检查和低剂量CT检查时的检查结果以及并发症发生率。结果 :两组患者的检出率均为100%,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率显著低于常规组,差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部低剂量CT技术的临床应用价值显著,低剂量可以有效降低对患者的身体影响,并且不影响图像质量,可以作为腹部检查的常规手段,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the clinical application of low dose CT in abdomen. Methods： 60 patients with abdominal visceral diseases who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July2014 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study. Patients in the routine group were examined by conventional imaging methods, while the experimental group was treated with low dose CT.The results of two groups of patients were compared with the results of clinical imaging and low dose CT examination and the incidence of complications. Results： The detection rate in two groups was100%, with no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）; the experimental group of patients with complications was significantly lower than normal group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Low dose abdominal CT technology has significant clinical application value of low dose,can effectively reduce the impact on the patient＇s body, and does not affect the image quality, can be used as a routine means of abdominal examination, is worthy of promotion.
