影像学在原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤诊断中的应用

Application of Imaging in the Diagnosis of Primary Thyroid Lymphoma

目的:分析在原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤诊断中影像学的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月到2016年12月本院原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤患者600例的影像学资料。结果:超声检查表现为极低回声或弥漫性低回声;CT平扫肿物密度较附近肌肉密度更低,质地相对均匀;ECT病变部位呈现为稀疏显像。结论:影像学诊断原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤价值显著。

Objective： To analyze the role in the diagnosis of primary malignant lymphoma of the thyroid as application value of science. Methods： The clinical data of 600 patients with primary thyroid lymphoma from January 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The results showed that the ultrasonic examination showed extremely low echo or diffuse low echo. The density of ECT scan was lower than that of the surrounding muscle, and the texture of the CT scan was relatively uniform. Conclusion： The value of imaging diagnosis of primary thyroid lymphoma is significant.
