Development of Sharing Economy: Global Trends and Policy Suggestions

分享经济是当前最重要和最具潜力的经济形态之一。本文回顾了分享经济在全球兴起的技术驱力和经济拉力,梳理了全球分享经济在总体规模、覆盖区域、涉及行业和参与人群等方面的长足发展,分析了各国分享经济发展的特色以及全球分享经济呈现出的发展趋势并指出我国宜从全球分享经济的动力、现状、特点、趋势等方面总结经验,应用到自身的分享文化建设、数据基础构建、技术创新发展和监管框架设计中去,实现分享经济跨越式发展。

Currently, Sharing Economy （SE） is thought to be one of the most important and promising economical pattern in the whole world. This study reviews how technical drives and economical pulling forces became a catalyst for SE, and summarizes the great growth of global SE in its scale, as well as the rapid expansion in regions, industries and the volume of participants it involves. The characteristics of SE in typical countries and the trends of global SE development are also analyzed. This study shows that in order to achieve great-leap-forward development in SE, China should apply excellent experience drawn from global SE development, including its drives, current situation, characteristics and trends, to build China＇s own sharing culture and datainfrastrneture, to promote technical innovations and to design regulatory framework for SE.
